We are a team of experienced online training practitioners with a strong focus on skills, performance and high-quality production. We work on projects with clients who are interested in our creativity, professionalism and the effectiveness of the content we provide.

MARIA KINOSHITA

LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Maria Kinoshita holds a bachelor's degree in Visual and Media Arts and completed a postgraduate degree in Management from HEC. She founded Octo D after a few years of carrying out media integration mandates through her management and training consulting firm, Gestion Octoplus. She draws on her many years of training experience combined with her mastery of a wide range of digital tools in graphics, video, and web development for this company specializing in online training.

Her passion for training comes from the conviction that while training is important in a society, it is also vital for organizations, considering the new communication paradigms brought about by globalization and the speed of growth in new technologies.

HELENE CAURA

LEARNING DESIGN ALCHEMIST

Hélène Caura holds a Master 2 in Knowledge Mediation and Multilingualism, Computer Aided Learning, and also has a complementary training in scenario writing and as a documentary researcher. She has worked in the field of multimedia training for nearly 20 years as an educational designer, consultant and developer, including 10 years spent abroad in Singapore, New Zealand, and Canada.

She also received the Gold Medal at the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards of 2012 (Best Custom Content category). Her specialties in the field of e-learning include needs analysis, expertise extraction, scripting, and the overall design of joint training systems.
